A: Yes, we export worldwide. We have experience shipping to the USA, UK, Europe, and Asia. We can handle logistics suited to your timeline and budget.
Q: Can you send me a catalog or product list?
A: Since most of our work is customized for specific clients, you can view our website/gallery to see our past work quality. If you tell us what specific category you are interested in (e.g., dolls, flowers, accessories), we can send relevant a catalog.
2.Order Quantities and Pricing
Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) depends on the product type and your specific needs. Generally, we accept orders as low as one piece for samples or retail, though the unit price will be higher. For products we currently have in stock, the MOQ is just 10 pieces. If you require simple custom orders, we can typically accept 50 to 100 pieces. Please note that for cotton products, the minimum is 200 pieces. For wholesale orders, we highly recommend 300 pieces or more to ensure you receive the most competitive unit price. Feel free to tell us your exact required quantity, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: How much does a custom sample cost?
A: The sample cost depends on the design’s complexity and size.
We will quote you a specific sample cost after reviewing your design.
Q: What is the unit price for bulk orders?
A: Pricing is based on three factors: Material usage, Craftsmanship difficulty (Labor time), and Quantity.
Please send us your design and estimated quantity, and we will calculate the best price for you within 24 hours.
3.Production, Materials and Packaging
Q: What yarn materials do you use? Can I customize colors?
A:Material: Our standard durable material is high-quality Acrylic yarn, which is great for longevity and color retention. We can also source Cotton or Wool blends upon request.
Colors: We recommend choosing from our Stock Color Chart (100+ options) to save on cost and lead time. Custom dyeing is available but requires a much higher MOQ and longer lead time.
Q: Do you offer branded packaging or tags?
A: Yes! We can attach custom woven labels, hang tags, or use custom packaging (like printed bags/boxes).
Requirement: Please provide your Logo file (AI/PDF) and packaging requirements. We will check the cost and feasibility based on your quantity.

Q: What is the lead time for samples and bulk production?
A:Samples: Usually 7–10 days after design confirmation.
Bulk Production: Typically 30–45 days, depending on the order quantity and our factory schedule.
Tip: We recommend placing orders 60 days before your target launch date to account for shipping.
Q: What are your shipping terms?
A: We support EXW (Ex Works) and FOB (Free on Board).
For smaller shipments, we can arrange Express delivery (DHL/FedEx) or Air Freight (Door to Door).
For bulk orders, we recommend Sea Freight for the best rate.
